The Sourcing and Facilities Manager works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure the constant procurement of supplies, overall inventory management and oversees all facilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage procurement, sourcing, and contracting of materials, supplies equipment and services.
- Evaluate product availability, place orders, arrange for shipping and follow the process to delivery.
- Complete inventory management.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders including Estimators, Sales, the Logistics team, Scheduler and Fabrication and Commercial supervisors.
- Audit invoices and monitor vendor conformance.
- Demonstrate a systematic and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers and suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- College or University in supply chain management or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to advance MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders.
- Detail oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
