We seek an organized, detail-oriented Surety Administrator to join our dynamic surety team. This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest in the insurance and surety industry, looking to gain hands-on experience and grow their early career.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Bond Processing: Assist in the processing of surety bonds, including data entry, document preparation, and file maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Client and Partner Support: Support clients and brokers by answering queries, facilitating communications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: We take great pride in how our team interacts with one another. You’ll work closely with team members across the surety department to support operational objectives and contribute to team projects.

**Requirements**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related working experience.
- RIBO licensed preferred, or willing to acquire within first 3 months of hire.
- Strong interest in the insurance and surety industry, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
