Rv Resort Manager

**Salary Compensation**: From $37,000 per annum, which a portion will include rental accommodation in a single-family home on-site year round

**Hours of Work**:Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, however, must be flexible to work other hours to meet the needs of a 24 hour/day, 365 day/year operation on weekends + holidays

The RV Resort Manager will oversee the daily operations of the resort and service at Bluewater Village while offering business solutions with the CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the day-to-day point of contact for visitors/residents and respond to their inquiries or complaints
- Work with the owners to create and implement park policies/procedures
- Promote an environment that is safe, enjoyable and customer friendly
- Enforce park rules and standards while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff as required
- General Handyman duties
- Winterization
- Water monitoring
- Landscaping (equipment is provided)
- General grounds upkeep
- Complete basic bookkeeping such as rent collection, payroll and invoicing
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenues
- Market new, pre-owned and/or brokered homes for sale in the park and prepare unit for showings
- Ensure that all resort facilities are maintained in safe and workable condition
- Oversee capital improvements to the park

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a University degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field
- A minimum of two (2) years in progressive business experience and operations including two (2) years in a leadership role
- Has a customer oriented personality
- Thrives on building relationships with others and creating a sense of community

- Has experience in the campground industry, hospitality and/or hotel industries

- Possess a valid Class G Driver’s License, or the equivalent, with no more than six (6) accumulated demerit points.
