Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The Construction Laborer will assist construction teams in various tasks to ensure timely project completion.

**Duties**:

- Assist in loading and unloading construction materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare for construction
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools used in construction
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

**Skills**:

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions effectively

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
