**About the Opportunity**:
Utilizing the CBORD menu information software, the Utility Worker/Menu Aide completes a variety of menu office functions such as, receiving patient meal orders via phone and at bedside, responding to patient requests, entering patient diet information, printing and organizing patient tray-line cards, nourishment reports, nourishment labels and census sheets for various areas within Nutrition and Food services. The Menu Aide also collaborates with Dietetic Technicians and Room Service Attendants regarding patient diet information and provides Service Excellence to patients.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade 12
- Ability to collaborate/work as a member of a team
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively complete time-sensitive duties/responsibilities following set routines
- Effective communication skills
- Computer skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Long Assignment, Full-Time / 100% FTE / 75 Hours Bi-Weekly
- Approximately 14 Months

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$19.26 - $20.02 hourly
