**Position Overview**: As an Energy and Carbon Analyst at 360 Energy, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients reduce their carbon footprint and improve their energy efficiency. You will work closely with a team of experts to analyze energy and environmental data, develop sustainability strategies, and provide actionable insights to clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and drive meaningful change in the world of sustainability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive carbon footprint assessments and energy data analysis for clients.
- Analyze energy consumption data and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies, including setting emission reduction targets and action plans.
- Assist clients in achieving and reporting on sustainability goals, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on renewable energy solutions and carbon offset projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in carbon and energy management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business commerce, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- No experience required but experience in carbon and energy analysis would be a benefit
- An appreciation and interest in understanding energy and carbon markets and associated pricing would be helpful but not required for the role.
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Python, R) and energy modeling software (e.g., RETScreen, EnergyPlus) would be an asset.
- Strong interest in carbon accounting methodologies (e.g., GHG Protocol) and familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., CDP, GRI, OBPS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Adept and demonstrate project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability and affinity for working in a team environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
