Position Summary
Seasonal Support

This position supports the Hospital’s academic mandate by advancing care through teaching and learning and/or transforming care through research and innovation. This position contributes to the shared responsibility of ensuring health and safety policies are followed to provide for a healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and families.
On a practical level, you will
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, including in the areas of health equity, system integration, patient and caregiver navigation, primary care and communications/engagement.
- Support and assist with various general administrative duties such as, but not limited to:

- Organizing and taking minutes at meetings
- Assisting with newsletter content and distribution
- Assisting with website updates
- Updating and organizing partner contact lists
- Data Collection
- Development of work plans
- Communications with stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolment in a degree program in a related field of work
- Demonstrated interest in the health care sector and/or health policy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills
- Organization skills and attention to detail
