**Position Overview**:
This position is primarily focused on budtender responsibilities, with the additional role of supporting as a floater delivery driver as needed.

**Compensation**:

- $16.55 per hour plus $0.52 per km for deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver cannabis and related products to customers in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.
- Understand and comply with all AGCO regulations regarding cannabis delivery and sales.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process customer transactions using the shop POS system, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Support in-store operations, including order fulfillment, secure ID checking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and adherence to the law in all actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Must meet the provincial age requirement of 19 years or older.
- Valid Cansell certification.
- Satisfactory pre-employment Criminal Background Check, as per AGCO requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of, and motivation to learn about, cannabis products.
- Proficient with various technologies, including Data Management Software (Cova), POS terminals, and tablets.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate extended store hours.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically able to lift, stack, and carry up to 35 lbs / 15.9 kg.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
