**Summary**:
NAC is currently hiring a full time Project Control Analyst to join our head office team in Morriston, ON.

The primary duties of the **Project Controls Analyst **require a highly energetic, detail-oriented individual who will assist the Project Controls Manager and Project Manager(s) with planning and monitoring of all aspects of major construction projects. Strong understanding of project management principles and technologies are desired.

**Position Description**:

- Support our proactive efforts related to project controls, including but not limited to reporting, forecasting, scheduling, cost, scope, commercial and risk management, using tools that provide visibility.
- Work with multiple Project Managers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, obtaining and analyzing project data and to ensure maximum profitability
- Develop and monitor project metrics, reports and collaborate with sites to assist with project health monitoring and status communication to project management teams.
- Conduct project site audits in a detailed and constructive manner that provides future guidance and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage timely flow of project information to users.
- Actively participate in project controls related topics at project forecast meetings.
- Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability.
- Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality
- Present new strategies and assessments to stakeholders in a compelling fashion
- Educate and persuade stakeholders to procure buy-in and cooperation
- Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
- Experience with standard document control procedures, cost control and scheduling practices.
- Cost control duties could include monitoring, analyzing, processing, forecasting, reporting, and training in the areas of:

- Job Costing and related processes
- Labour
- Change Management
- Billing
- Cash Management
- Perform other relevant duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- University education in Engineering, Economics, or Business. Ideal for new university graduate.
- Proficient in MS office suite software, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Primavera and Jonas software knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to learn new software as per the company standards.
- Good organizational skills are required with attention to details.
- Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Report writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to travel to NAC project sites within Canada may be necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
