Leal Construction Ltd. is a small family owned concrete forming and construction company that has been in business since 1985. We are operating a small business that is well known for completing large and technical jobs. We have a well established and reliable reputation for good work. We do not have the margins for unreliable people. We treat our employees like family and pay reliable people accordingly to do the same for us.

**Job description**:
In need of concrete and general site labourers. Leal Construction Ltd. is always in need of carpenters as a general note to those that may also be interested.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid Ontario G-Class drivers license to get to/from work.

Construction experience is an asset and we will pay more for it. Non-unionized work environment. Starting wage to be negotiated. Should the successful applicant prove to be reliable and show improvement, a wage increase will be applied at the successful completion of the probationary period.

Willing to teach those that are willing to learn and are reliable.

Full time, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays.

The shop is based out of the Hockley Valley area and employees can either meet at the shop or drive to the job site, whichever is closer.

**Location**:
Most jobs are typically north of the GTA primarily in Simcoe and Dufferin Counties, however, jobs on occasion take us a little farther from home. We go where the business is at though we too have families and like to stick closer to home.
