If you are a self-driven individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for technology, we have the perfect position for you AC Properties & Home Maintenance, a property management company located in Scarborough, ON, is currently seeking two Salespersons to join our team on a commission-based basis.

**Job Title**: Salesperson - Property Management (2 Positions Available)

**Job Type**: Commission-Based (Generous commission structure)

**Location**: Scarborough, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients in need of property management services in the surrounding areas.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct in-person meetings with property owners to understand their needs and present our comprehensive property management solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create sales proposals and presentations.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our property management services and effectively communicate the benefits to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
- Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and prospects using tech tools.

**Requirements**:

- High school graduate or possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service (preferred)
- Ability to travel within Scarborough and surrounding areas to meet clients and attend meetings as required.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate client schedules and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and comfortable with technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
