Crew Lead

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our lawn care team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in weekly and biweekly mowing, fertilizing, and other lawn related services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a crew in performing lawn care services.
- Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train new crew members on proper lawncare techniques and safety procedures.
- Oversee the care of equipment and make note when something needs repair
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in lawncare maintenance(5-10 years preferre)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- G license and ability to drive a truck and trailer safely and not reckless and with a respect to others and to the company and ability to reverse and tight locations

Pay: $25.00-$27.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
