At Smart Nora, we believe that quality sleep is the key to wellness and happiness. We started off our journey with the world's first smart device to alleviate snoring woes, and over the years, have reached thousands of bedrooms globally.

We are now expanding further into sleep and wellness with the launch of new products and services that will help us achieve our vision.

If you are a student who lives and breathes social media, with an interest in content creation, we would love to have you onboard. We wish to give you an opportunity to explore this space and learn the ins and outs of social media marketing hands-on. We believe in fresh perspectives and are keen to see what you bring to the table.

On a day-to-day basis, we are a fast-paced team that enjoys each other's company. We actively stay in touch and informed in a weekly cadence. As a distributed team, we use tools such as Notion, Figma, and Slack to work effectively together.

We value hard work, great judgment, and a can-do attitude. We enjoy learning about each others' interests and spending social time together to learn and play. A sense of humour, and a curious mind are always welcome here.

**Who we are looking for.**

Are you a student with a flair for creating captivating content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and more? If you live and breathe social media, and have a keen eye for quality, along with a deep understanding of trends, audience behavior, and engagement, we want you on our team. This is your chance to dive headfirst into the world of content creation and gain hands-on experience in social media marketing.What You'll Do:
Create exceptional, high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Develop engaging and innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.

Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure content is on-brand and aligns with our messaging.

Comfortably appear on camera, conduct interviews, and engage with people for content creation purposes.

Assist in maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.

Monitor engagement and feedback on social media channels, making adjustments to content strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:
Pursuing a degree/diploma in the domains of Business Management, Arts, or Design.

Innate interest in social and content marketing - a knack for identifying and building hero content that can capture viewer attention.

A passion for the fitness, health, and wellness space is highly appreciated.

Research-oriented mindset - our content hinges on simplicity without losing any technical accuracy.

Expert /Avid user of social media - Need not have expertise in the specific platforms mentioned. Our aim is to give you an opportunity to learn something new or build expertise on a few select social media.
