JOB** SUMMARY**: The Board Certified Behaviour Analyst reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Child & Youth Health Team Manager. The Board Certified Behaviour Analyst works to Plan, organize, develop and implement individualized programming and behaviour reduction plans for children/youth with autism based upon the principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis in accordance with current applicable federal, provincial and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the Director, to assure that the highest degree of quality client care can be maintained at all times.
The Board Certified Behaviour Analyst works within the policies and procedures established by Six Nations of the Grand River.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Behavioural Analysis or related discipline
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Minimum 4 years providing ABA therapy to children/youth with ASD with at least 2 year’s clinical experience in assessment, treatment planning and monitoring, consultation and parent training
- Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary groups as a team and experience in providing staff training and consultation
- High level of computer skills - Microsoft Office, MS Word & Excel
- Valid Class “G” license and reliable transportation
