The Team at Vollmer requires a Health and Safety Site Supervisor to oversee the site Safety Program, which includes Document Control, Safety Talks, Site Audits, WSIB Case Management, and Incident Prevention and Investigation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular site inspection/walk-thru and develop corrective action plans.
- Support and assist in risk assessments and job hazard analysis.
- Lead and support incident investigations.
- Ensure current Health and Safety policies and procedures are being followed.
- Assist Site Foreman with health and safety-related matters.
- Consistently evaluate Health and Safety strategies, programs, and procedures.
- Support and promote Health and Safety initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
- Support the site Health and Safety documentation and filing system.
- Other duties that may be assigned by the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants should possess a strong knowledge of the Ontario Health & Safety Act, specifically in Construction.
- The successful applicant must be an outstanding communicator, have great attention to detail, and is an effective problem solver.
- A degree or diploma in a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant experience is considered an asset for this position.
- Any relevant Safety Training certifications or WSIB experience is also considered an asset.
