**TYCROP **is looking for a **Paint Prepper** to join our team in the Fraser Valley.

Job Overview:
TYCROP Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Paint Touch Up specialist. As part of our innovative and collaborative environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and aesthetics of our industrial equipment solutions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform planed painting using planning solvent
- Examine all parts for defects and imperfections
- Perform diagnostic of paint repair
- Prepare and maintain paint planed hand tools such as paint brush, rollers, and spray guns
- Cleaning work area
- Completion of daily tasks as directed and as per work instructions and job quoted sheets
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Operation of specific painting tools
- Basic handtools - brushes/grinders/polishes/utility knives
- Ability to work in various working condition, fast paced, working at height, confined space, tight area, kneeling, and bending.
- Adherence to high quality finishing
- Good hand and eye coordination
- Practice Safe work procedures at all time: lead by example
- Provide working environment that is clean & healthy
- Demonstrate teamwork & commitment to ongoing training for success in position

Pay: $19.22-$23.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
