**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recreation Attendant to join our team. The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the condominium’s recreational facilities, including the pool, fitness center, and community spaces. This role involves ensuring that all amenities are safe, clean, and well-maintained while providing excellent customer service to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facility Management**: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all recreational areas, including the pool, gym, and common areas.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety rules and regulations, including monitoring pool chemicals (Training Provided), ensuring proper use of fitness equipment, and conducting regular inspections.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and professional assistance to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to recreational facilities.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing community events and activities, such as fitness classes, annual events, and social gatherings.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Conduct regular inspections and minor repairs on recreational equipment and facilities; report any major issues to the management.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of facility usage, class attendance, incident reports, and equipment maintenance.
- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including administering first aid and contacting emergency services if necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional coursework in recreation management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a recreational or customer service role is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with a diverse group of residents and team members.
- **Certifications**: Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform light maintenance tasks.
