Responsibilities:
Planning and managing construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Overseeing all aspects of the project, including coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Developing and implementing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Monitoring project progress and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.

Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Identifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.

Managing project budgets and financials, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and controlling costs.

Leading and supervising project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred for senior-level positions.

Proven experience as a construction project manager, demonstrating successful management of construction projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and build positive relationships.

Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and manage project teams.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and address project-related challenges.

Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on construction sites.

Professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), may be beneficial.

**Salary**: $86,899.00-$1,000,000.00 per year
