QUALIFICATIONS
BUILDING AND PUBLIC WORKS TECHNOLOGY (221) - REAL ESTATE

Bachelor’s or equivalent
- degree in an appropriate field

OR

AEC in Real Estate with 5 - 7 years’ pertinent experience.
- Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems

AND
- Several years related teaching experience at the post - secondary level PREFERRED.

Be a Licensed Broker with current Real Estate experience gained within the last 7 years, and be current members in good standing with OACIQ for the following courses:

- 221-005- AB
- 221-010/011 -AB
