Tasks and Responsibilities

This position will perform a range of administrative tasks associated with a busy Human Resource Department.

Duties will include:

- Recruitment - assisting with the review and processing of resumes, organizing new hire orientation and maintenance of the employee filing system
- Benefit administration - review the current program, assist with communication of upcoming changes and learning the automated enrolment program
- Health and safety - participate in the Wellness and Prevention committee to organize and facilitate wellness initiatives.
- Scheduling - assist with the processing changes to the posted schedules.

This position will also assist the Human Resource Information System Analyst and the Supervisory Team in the maintenance of the employee data contained in the Employee Management System (EMS) and provides assistance with Administrative tasks.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $20.07 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
