**Rockstar Lot Manager - Applewood Performance Center**

Applewood Auto Group is looking to add a **Lot Manager** to our team at **Applewood Langley location.**

**The Position**:
We are looking for an **outgoing**, **a leader, personable**, and **fun** individual to join our team to assist in leading an amazing team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in a dealership and ready to lead a team. You will take care of all things in the lot Being able to maintain your lot team to keep a clean, organized, and ROCKSTAR looking lot.

How will your day-to-day look? In addition to leading a team, you will ensure and supervise the detailing of all vehicle interiors and exteriors; the safe transportation of all Applewood Auto Group vehicles and clients; and maintaining the cleanliness and security of Applewood Auto Group's lot. Being able to lead, coordinate, and schedule the lot staff team. Other duties, relevant to the position, will be assigned as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that the lot is presentable, having all cars clean, prepared, and organized.
- Supporting the team with delivering and presenting car in a efficient and timely matter.
- Identifying any problems in the lot and presenting information to management.
- Scheduling lot team staff to have sufficient staff every shift
- Managing lot staff and directing them with tasks
- General lot duties

**What You’ll Bring**
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (driver's abstract required).
- 1-2 years experience in managing a team/automotive
- Must be able to drive automatic transmission vehicles. The ability to drive standard transmission vehicles is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented
- Organized

**Salary**: $3,200.00-$4,000.00 per month
