**Description du poste**

À titre de commis aux fournitures, vous vous assurerez que les tâches quotidiennes relatives à l'approvisionnement en fournitures ainsi qu’en éléments de présentation visuelle et de marketing sont accomplies efficacement et dans les délais prescrits. Cela inclut la bonne distribution de toutes les fournitures aux magasins et au siège social.

**Comment allez-vous soutenir l’équipe?**
- Recevoir les livraisons et comparer les bordereaux d’expédition aux bons de commande.
- Placer le stock dans l'entrepôt, incluant la gestion des palettes dans le service des fournitures.
- Imprimer les autocollants et les connaissements par région.
- Vérifier les commandes avant de les expédier.
- S’assurer de la propreté de l’aire de travail.
- Préparer efficacement toutes les fournitures nécessaires à l’ouverture des magasins.
- Informer le contremaître responsable des fournitures de tout changement à l’horaire quotidien, incluant les ruptures de stock.
- Superviser le chargement et le déchargement des camions, au besoin.
- Recevoir les livraisons pour tous les services et comparer les bordereaux d’expédition aux bons de commande.
- Préparer et placer les commandes à expédier sur des palettes, au besoin.
- Fournir un soutien aux services de la construction et du design de magasin, au besoin.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de l’approvisionnement et l’aider dans tous les projets liés aux fournitures.
- Respecter toutes les politiques et procédures actuelles et nouvelles de l’entreprise (ex. : prévention des pertes, santé et sécurité, ressources humaines).

**Description du poste**

As the Supply Clerk, you will ensure that the daily functions relating to Supply, Visual and Marketing are done effectively and in a timely manner. This includes the proper distribution of all supplies to the stores and to Head Office as required.

**How will you support the team?**
- Receive deliveries and verifies packing slips with purchase orders.
- Place stock in the warehouse including pallet management within the supplies department.
- Print out stickers and bills of lading by region.
- Check orders before shipping.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
- Efficiently prepare all required supplies for store openings.
- Advise the Supplies Foreman of any changes made to the daily scheduling, including inventory ruptures.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of transports when needed.
- Receive deliveries for all departments and match the packing slip with the purchase orders.
- Prepare and place orders on pallets to ship as needed.
- Provide support for the Construction and the Design Departments as needed.
- Work closely with the Procurement Team and provide support for any projects related to supplies.
- Adheres to all new and existing Company policies and procedures (i.e. Loss Prevention, Health & Safety and Human Resources).

**Qualifications**
