We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Casual Invigilators for IELTS (International English Language Testing System) and CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) exams, specifically catering to weekend and evening sessions.

**Position**: Casual Invigilator for IELTS and CELPIP Exams

**Type**: Casual, weekends only as needed basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the smooth setup and administration of IELTS and CELPIP exams during weekends.
- Monitor exam rooms diligently to uphold a secure and controlled testing environment.
- Address any technical issues promptly, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Strictly adhere to exam security protocols and guidelines.
- Manage the collection, organization, and return of exam materials as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions closely.
- Professionalism and the ability to handle potentially stressful situations with ease.
- Reliability and punctuality are of the utmost importance.
- Prior invigilation or exam administration experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
