**Position Overview**:
As a Nursing Instructor at Sterling College, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing education. You will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding our nursing students in their journey to become compassionate, competent, and confident healthcare professionals. Your expertise, passion, and dedication will help our students excel in their studies and clinical practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and informative nursing courses, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to enhance student learning.
- Mentor and support students through their academic and clinical experiences.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the nursing curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback for growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in British Columbia.
- Required 3 years clinical experience as RN, and at least 2 years teaching experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
