The Blow Extrusion Operator is responsible for operating injection blow molding machines, assisting with changing molds and making necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure bottle production is carried out in a safe, efficient and reliable manner. High quality.
- Start up and operate extrusion blow molding machines and ancillary equipment and ensure machine efficiency and quality.
- Perform mold and insert changes in relation to production planning instructions in an efficient manner
- Complete all documentation related to production, inventory, non-conformity.
- Perform frequent and timely quality checks on products manufactured to established quality standards.
- Perform processing of blow molding machines to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
- Assist in preventive maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure machine efficiency, quality, productivity and choice of raw material
- Maintain work area to high standards of safety and housekeeping.

**Requirements**:

- minimum 5 years experience in Extrusion
- Manual dexterity
- Team work oriented
- Excellent in problem solving process and analytical mind
- Good physical condition and ability to lift loads between 20 and 40 kg
