**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead store opening procedures.
- Efficiently manage cash and oversee financial transactions.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor team members.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and General Manager (GM).
- Provide regular reports to upper management on store performance.
- Assist in the evolution of our menu and ensure rigorous quality control.
- Uphold a pristine, organized, and efficient work environment.
