Eyelash Technician

We are seeking a Certified Eyelash Technician to join our team. If you have a passion for beauty and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Perform consultations with clients to assess their eyelash needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Customize lash styles according to clients' eye shapes, preferences and lifestyles
- Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to maintain the longevity of their lash extensions
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the lash industry.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and professionalism.
- Handle client inquiries, appointment scheduling, and payments efficiently.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation protocols.

**Experience**:

- Lash Extension Certification
- Previous experience in eyelash extensions
- Strong background in retail sales and upselling
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to achieve desired results

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Tips

Licence/Certification:

- Lash Extension Certification (preferred)

**Location**:

- Calgary, AB (preferred)
