Painter Helper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting various surfaces, both residential and commercial, using a variety of techniques and tools. Your attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final product
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Painter in both residential and commercial settings
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to painting
- Ability to accurately estimate project timelines and materials needed
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repair is a plus

New to painting business welcome as well as helpers and painter beginners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.56-$30.84 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
