**Required**:

- University-level studies in Marketing, Communications, or related program
- 5 or more years in a similar role
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects with lots of moving parts.
- Proven organizational skills with a can-do attitude.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to the greater good.
- Fast learner who is eager to learn new skills.
- Displays a natural desire to problem solve.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Dependable, flexible, and team oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proven ability to work independently & collaborate with cross-functional team.

- English proficiency mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Asset**:

- Bilingual French/English a strong asset.
- Experience with project management tools (SmartSheet, Asana, etc)
- Previous experience working in the dental, medical industries and/or B2B a plus.
- Event planning, tradeshow management.

**What You Will Do**
- Coordinate and execute trade shows and events, including pre-show event planning, proposing strategies for attendee engagement and booth traffic, set-up on show site, and post meeting follow-up, lead nurturing, and analysis.
- Own the promotional calendar and execution of supporting promotional collateral through coordination with internal account managers and distribution partners.
- Lead the coordination for communication of promotional activities and events with other marketing team members.
- Coordinate the coop calendar as well as the creation of coop assets.
- Ensure that our dealer partners are supported with the collateral that they require to fulfill coop placements by defined deadlines and coordinating artwork creation.
- Actively participate in coop strategy planning and recommendations for higher impact placements.
- Actively promote the use of HighSpot (asset management system) within our organization and lend a hand in keeping its assets relevant and up to date.
- Proof collateral for content and design consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team members and external agencies and vendors on successful execution of advertising, trade media, and other marketing projects as needed.
- Aid in the preparation of post activity reviews and assessments.
- All other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor, relevant and directly related to the proper execution of this position.
