We are looking for a Store Manager for our brand new Sherwood Park kiosk location. This is a full-time position with an expectation to work between 32 and 40 hours per week. Hours and days are flexible as the manager creates the store schedule but managers are required to work one closing shift per week and one weekend shift (Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday) three weekends per month. Wage is negotiable and benefits are available after 6 months.

We require someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience of a combination of retail sales and/or assistant manager/manager experience. Knowledge of body jewellery is an asset. Self motivated, organized and good leadership skills are required.

Duties include managing all in-store operations such as:

- Sales
- Manage payroll and scheduling
- Merchandising
- Receiving orders
- Recruit, hire and train high performing store team
- Complete weekly reports and attend weekly manager meetings
- Bank deposits

Our new manager will be committed to excellence, loyal to Culture Craze customers, and dedicated to growing our brand.

Initial training will take place at West Edmonton Mall and/or Southgate Mall.

References will be required.

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
