Lead Cashier

**Duties**:

- Manage cash register and perform cash handling duties
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases
- Train and supervise cashier staff
- Ensure accuracy of transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a cashier or retail position
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle customer transactions
- Proficient in English and French, both verbal and written communication
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
