Team Overview and Job responsibilities
- Working in our brand-new distribution facility, Production Cutting Operators are responsible for following instructions and established safety requirements to operate equipment used in various stages of the cable manufacturing process. Operators must be able to meet productivity requirements and create products that conform to quality standards.
- The Cutter will be expected handle a variety of jobs in the DC as noted below but not limited to:
- Cutting Customer Orders on DC Cutline from SAP-
- Following closely customer notes-
- Following DC cutting schedule provided each shift-
- Wrap Reels-
- Install pulling eyes and lagging-
- Drive Forklift-
- Patch Cable-
- Maintain TPM board-
- FG Inventory count-
- Fill out daily Accountability SheetsSAP- Correcting FG Labels /changing batch info-
- Create cuts in SAP-
- View Stock overview for additional cutting requirementsHours of Work
- Rotating weekly Days - Aft 7:30am-3:30pm and 3:30pm-11:30pm. Hours of work will vary with need for overtime hours as directed. OT sign up posted weekly with emphasis on the last week and weekend of each month.

- This role requires frequent walking, standing, squatting and reaching. You must be able to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
