**Description du poste**

**Résumé des fonctions**
Le titulaire du poste est responsable du chargement, du déchargement, de l’expédition, de la réception, de la numérisation, du tri et de l’entreposage des colis. Le titulaire du poste pourrait être amené à utiliser de la machinerie lourde pour effectuer des tâches. Le titulaire du poste effectue d’autres tâches, selon les demandes.

**Responsabilités**:

- Reçoit, inspecte et entrepose les produits entrants.
- Reçoit les retours, compte et confirme les quantités, détermine l’état et remplit les documents.
- Obtient des commandes et sélectionne des produits dans les endroits appropriés.
- Vérifie l’exactitude des commandes sélectionnées.
- Prépare et emballe de manière sécuritaire les produits.
- Organise le ramassage des envois, contacte les transporteurs et coordonne le calendrier.
- Manipule les produits et réalise ses tâches conformément aux procédures du client et aux réglementations gouvernementales ou de conformité.
- Palettise les caisses, les emballe et les charge dans les remorques.
- Crée des étiquettes d’expédition et d’autres documents pour les colis afin de maintenir des données d’expédition précises dans le système de gestion des entrepôts.
- Conduit en toute sécurité divers équipements motorisés.
- Répond rapidement aux demandes des clients, résout les problèmes et communique les problèmes du service au superviseur.

**Compétences requises**:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires, formation générale ou équivalent international
- Expérience en entrepôt - Préférable
- Expérience de conduite d’un chariot élévateur - Préférable
