**Responsibilities**:

- Perform tree maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and shaping
- Conduct tree risk assessments and develop appropriate action plans
- Identify and diagnose tree diseases and pests
- Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
- Provide recommendations for tree care and maintenance to clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices

**Skills**:

- Ability to identify different tree species and their specific care requirements
- Strong understanding of tree biology, growth patterns, and pruning techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address tree health issues and structural concerns
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
