**What you will enjoy doing**:
As one of our Cylinder Handler, you will process and fill gas orders in a safe and efficient manner for timely delivery to our customers. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment with a minimum of supervision and must maintain a positive working relationship with customers and employees. You will:

- Load and unload compressed gases cylinders varying in size from 3 - 1000lbs onto company and customer units using carts/dollies and forklifts in a safe and effective manner to ensure cylinders are labelled correctly and meet company and government standards;.
- Quarantine non-conformance cylinders, open/close valves on cylinders and filling racks, and operate high-pressure pumps and vacuum pumps.
- Schedule deliveries (5 or 10 tons truck) of gas products and hardgoods to customers within the assigned geographical area based on the established delivery schedules
- Balance cylinder load sheets (shipment control), complete daily cylinder records (cycle counts) and complete shipping and receiving documents through the computer system (SAP)
- Keep Kanban at optimal stock levels.
- Adhere to the due dates on production orders in order to prepare cylinders on time for the fillers, or to prepare cylinders for shipping on time.
- Report to management safety or production related issues outside of your ability to resolve them on your own.
- Work closely with the fillers to provide a good flow of work to meet our productivity and DIFOT goals.
- Recommend new procedures and ideas to help improve our processes.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to Company’s SHEQ program.
- Bring to management’s attention any safety issues and any issues that may potentially cause orders to go late.
- Support management on any projects or processes needing assistance or improvement.
- Work cooperatively with plant employees and with management to help meet the plant goals.
- Shipping/receiving duties, paint cylinders, and other tasks as required.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent experience
- Physically fit able to lift 100 lbs
- Basic computer skills required
