The role of a hotel's maintenance department is **to ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained in good condition and are functioning smoothly so as to reduce the risk of interruptions to the running of the hotel**.

As a hotel maintenance worker, your job duties are to **inspect and repair various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment**. Your are required to maintain outside grounds as well as assist with repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products, such as windows, carpets, and light fixtures. The maintenance work will be required to maintain the pool equipment and chemicals.

Hours will flucuatate daily and a minumum of 24-32 hours are required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.01 per hour
