Landscape Maintenance Worker

**Landscape maintenance perform some or all of the following duties**:

- Mow, edge & weed-eat lawn areas;
- Weed garden beds; prune shrubs and trees; trim hedges and perform other maintenance duties as directed;
- Have some knowledge of irrigation;
- Lawn re-builds; aerating, dethatching, top dressing & re-seeding;
- Be familiar with landscape maintenance equipment and able to back-up a truck and trailer without difficulty;
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain strata property.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
