Framing Foreman

**Framing Foreman - Pathways Community**

We are seeking an experienced Framing Foreman who will ensure that all interior and exterior
elements of the home from excavation to drywall are constructed as per Ontario Building Code
and eQ’s plans, specifications and scope of work.

**About the role**
The Framing Foreman is responsible for:
- supervising framing activities using lean construction methods.
- maintaining and communicating up-to-date daily production schedules.
- carrying out quality control checklists and signing off deficiencies.
- managing materials on-site.
- coordinating city inspector and consultants to receive proper sign-off on documentation at each

stage of construction.

**About You**
You:
- possess a pleasant disposition and are self-motivated, goal driven and tenacious.
- are capable of maintaining your composure and focus under tight deadlines.
- are comfortable working with scheduling software.
- are good at coaching and leading by example.
- have 5 years of relevant framing experience and 2 years in a supervisory role.
- have a solid understanding of Tarion performance guidelines and a working knowledge of the

Ontario Building Code.
