**The Parts Technician will be responsible for**:
- Meet and greet incoming customers in a professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and provide parts support
- Provide accurate quotes, expected ETAs of parts, and updates to customers
- Obtain customer authorizations
- Interpret information from the customer to provide accurate parts
- Sell parts and supplies
- Receive payments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform general office duties, related to the parts department
**Requirements**:
- Effectively work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an automotive parts position would be an asset
- Ability to plan and organize is a must
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Upbeat and can-do attitude
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Must be able to lift up to 23 kilograms
