**What we're looking for**:
REBL HOUSE is looking for a _Production Coordinator in Montreal, Québec_. This is an intensive position that will provide you with an opportunity to gain exposure and get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing creative agency. **In the role of Production Coordinator you will be expected to;**
- Manage various work streams as it relates to the pre-production team
- Resolve any immediate issues related to projects, i.e. permits, insurance, release forms
- Manage and track against deliverables
- Manage and track resources involved in assigned projects
- Schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kick-off, brainstorms, and reviews
- Support pre-production team in project specific related tasks i.e. scouting, location research, booking of talent
- Support in general errands and office related tasks
- Develop and maintain organizational procedures and systems for REBL, including filing and billing
- Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts
- Prepare shipping paperwork
- Maintain Company files
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Manage supplies and equipment
- Coordinate office and/or departmental operations
- Answer phones and greet and direct visitors appropriately
- Support on REBL Social Media Platforms

**Production Coordinator skills;**
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Effective Time management skills
- Likes to take initiative

You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

French and English (required)
