CSN Capital Collision is looking for a full time motivated, hard working Body Shop Parts Coordinator to join our growing team.

Job Duties
- Work with production manager and repair planner to ensure maximum efficiency
- Identify, order, receive and distribute parts necessary to complete repairs as per the production schedule
- Return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts
- Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary
- Manage inventory, create purchase orders, and receipt invoices according to company policy
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Assists in keeping parts department and shop clean, orderly and well organized
- Help with the completed vehicle detailing process when necessary
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Other duties deemed necessary by the management team

**Qualifications**:

- Able to read and comprehend repair instructions
- Ability to interpret vendor catalogs and parts department computer systems
- Hold a drivers license, with a clean driving record
- The best applicants will have 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry
