We are seeking a full-time Counsellor.

**LOCATION**:
This position will travel between our offices to provide Rapid Access Counselling services in Moose Jaw, Gravelbourg, Assiniboia and possibly one other rural location.

**DUTIES to include**:
Provide counselling sessions in person, virtually and by phone
Client support and counselling to individuals, couples and families in crisis
Develop/promote/facilitate Moose Jaw Family Services programming including groups, training, workshops and presentations
Advocate, support and effectively collaborate with community agencies for clients personal, physical and emotional health
Plan/promote/attend counselling sessions in person, virtually and by phone and public events

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
University Bachelor's Degree
Must be licensed and in good standing with respective professional licensing body
Knowledge and experience in various counselling areas including: interpersonal violence and abuse, family therapy, crisis intervention and group facilitation, mental health
Knowledge and experience providing Solution-Focused Therapy.

Knowledge of counselling theories, understanding of client-centered and strength-based services
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy level to respond to the requirements of the position
Team player with a positive attitude
Reliability and flexibility to meet the demands of the position
Effective decision-making skills
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
