**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, flyers, etc.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote services, ensuring that designs align with the overall brand strategy.
- Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and images to enhance marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency in all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive look and feel.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on design and marketing trends to suggest innovative ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with the Management and Food&Beverage teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Incorporate changes recommended by the team and clients into the final design.

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in graphic design and marketing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, WordPress, Mailchimp) and other relevant design/marketing tools.
- Familiarity with social media and marketing principles and concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team environment.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback to deliver high-quality designs.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC H3A 1H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- French (preferred)
