Nails Nineteenth Inc. is a niche nail salon start-up located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, near TMU and the Eaton Centre. We are collective of talentend and creative nail technicians looking to push the boundaries in nail culture here in our city.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality nail care services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Perform body waxing services as requested by clients
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue
- Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each client to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends
- Ability to perform body waxing services
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional services and retail products
- Excellent sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe salon environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
