**Position Details**
- The position will report to the Manager - Building Systems and Electrical, and will take direction for task assignment from the Building Systems and Electrical Lead Hands.
- This position will provide support to the mechanical systems chemical treatment program, carry out weekly readings in mechanical rooms, assist in monthly life safety PM’s, maintain cleanliness of electrical and mechanical spaces, and provide general support to tasks that require more than one staff member to complete.**Position Qualifications**
- High school diploma.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems is desirable, but not essential.
- Holding a 4th class power engineering ticket will be considered an asset.

**Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $3,176.00 - $3,521.00 monthly

**Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $3,176.00 - $3,865.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 5)
