The Bethania Group is recruiting for a **Part
- Time (37.5 hrs/ biweekly) Garden and Grounds Revitalization Worker **servicing 2 locations - Fred Tipping Place at 601 Osborne and 529 Country Club Blvd in Winnipeg, MB. These buildings are 55+ Independent Living Seniors facilities.

The Bethania Group, a Mennonite Organization, provides compassionate, outstanding long-term care and affordable housing for seniors. We strive to provide the highest quality of care to our tenants and residents. To that end, we depend on the skills and compassionate caring of individuals in various disciplines, including our Grounds and Maintenance Team.

This Part-time term position is ending in August 2023. Responsibilities include landscaping and general labour to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

- Gr. 12 Education or equivalent
- Must be between the ages of 15 and 29 (If 15 years of age, must have a Young Worker Readiness Certificate)
- Must be living in Manitoba and legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Basic landscaping and gardening experience, including knowledge and skills in using landscaping equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Good physical and mental health to meet the demands of the position.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.

**NOTE - All staff working in our facilities must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination upon hire.**
