**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in walking and training challenging and aggressive dogs
- Help maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed
- Provide care and supervision for dogs in our care during walking and training sessions
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the well-being of both dogs and handlers at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with challenging or aggressive dogs preferred
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and training principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different training methods
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical fitness and ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds
