The IT Support provides all around IT support for a Windows environment. This position also provides support services which includes managing and ensuring continuity of all hardware and software. The IT Support will assist the manager in running the day-to-day IT environment and must be ready to resolve issues that range from simple to complex problems with a sense of urgency, work independently to provide end user support for customers and will also monitor and respond to system alerts.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Administer, support, and troubleshoot hardware (desktop, laptop, monitor, printer, etc.), software and network operating systems.
- User and device onboarding and offboarding - Provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts and permissions.
- Create and Manage users, computer accounts and their access to network resources in Active Directory.
- Image laptops and prepare for delivery. Setup of mobile devices.
- Deploy Microsoft operating systems and packages remotely using Microsoft Endpoint Manager or any other tools.
- Perform backup job monitoring and restore testing.
- Respond to user-created incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Supporting IT Manager in maintaining, and upgrading hardware as required
- Prepare and maintain knowledge base documentation. Refer to knowledge base and various documentation to help resolve issues.
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of hardware, software, and technology resources.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve technical issues in a professional and timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years' experience working as desktop support or system admin in a Microsoft AD and Windows environment (Win 10 and 11).
- In-depth technical experience with PCs, Laptops and Servers Knowledge of the TCP/IP communication protocols, Active Directory, and latest PC technology.
- Detailed-oriented, motivated and can work in a highly collaborative and innovative environment.
- Knowledge of different types of network equipment (switches, routers, network configurations)
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills (hardware, software, network, etc).
- Experience with mobile phones and tablets (Apple and Android).
