**What Will You Be Doing?**

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Parkour Coaches and/or athletes to join our team. Parkour Coaches are instrumental in delivering the highest level of fun and quality programming to our Fitset Ninja athletes. You must be able to safely and effectively deliver our Parkour curriculum to athletes in a way that is engaging, exciting and inclusive.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide fantastic technical instruction to athletes, including verbal instruction and demonstrations of skills
- Deliver appropriate programing with the ability to scale up or down based on athletes skill level & previous experience
- Ensure that all athletes are engaged and participating in classes
- Provide a safe environment for all athletes
- Instruct all guests and athletes on the safety policies
- Plan and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Demonstrated the Mission and Values
- Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities for improvement

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience working with children & youth
- Prior parkour experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a recurring weekly basis
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C required within three months of hire date
- Completed and cleared Police Record check with Vulnerable Sector Search completed prior to start date
- Completion of the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders Certificate within one month of hire date

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
