Concord, Canada One Facility Maintenance Full time

**Working Supervisor**

**Daily Duties include but not limited**
- Supervision and support of the cleaning crew on site (4 to 5 cleaner)
- Training of current and new hirings
- **Daily inspection of the building to ensure our cleaning standards are met every night once the cleaning crew has finished their jobs.**:

- **Working supervisor has an assigned area to clean every night.**:

- **Cover absences or vacations, some overtime would be required**:

- Submission of timesheets, supplies or repair orders, or any other paper work required to head office.
- Replenish supplies such as: toilet paper, paper towel, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.

General cleaning, including sweeping, sanitizing, mopping, and dustingWashroom and showers cleaning including toilets, sinks, mirrors, faucets, countertops, and floors. Empty waste and recycling containers and relining with a fresh bag.
- Use of swing machines, scrubber machines as required. Floor waxing and stripping as required or willing to learn
- **Must have reliable transportation**

**Schedule**

**Monday to Friday 5:00pm to 10:00pm**
Satudays **Occasionally**

**Available: ASAP**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evenings
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
